"I get by with a little help from my friends"
I was reminded of this song while listening to Kimberly Cardeccia MA, LPC this week. The support network we build around us is so important, but in our horsey dealings, and yet as horsemen and horsewomen, we often struggle to ask for help or recognize when support is needed. Kim shares her journey with her equine partner "Missy" and invites us to explore those vulnerable moments that serve to remind us when and how to seek help from outside our circle.
